Chromogranin B for Mobilization of Ca2+ Into Nucleus and The Method of Preparation of Secretary Cell By Using It

A compound for mobilization of Ca^2+ into a nucleus, chromogranin B, and a method for preparation of a secretary cell by using the same compound are provided to promote differentiation of the secretary cell by mobilizing Ca^2+ into the nucleus, so that the compound is useful for treatment of disease caused by calcium mobilization deficiency, hormone production or secretion shortage. The mobilization of Ca^2+ into a nucleus is induced by increasing the amount of chromogranin B in the nucleus through expression increase of chromogranin B gene, or microinjection of chromogranin B. The secretary cell is prepared from a normal cell or a stem cell by increasing the amount of chromogranin B in the nucleus. A composition for treatment of disease caused by calcium mobilization deficiency, or hormone production or secretion shortage comprises chromogranin B, wherein the disease caused by calcium mobilization deficiency, or hormone production or secretion shortage is hypertension, diabetes, obesity, dementia, Alzheimer's disease or depression.
