A device and a method for generating lots of examination papers at high speed in a printing device, and a recording medium thereof are provided to shorten time needed for generating the desired examination paper remarkably by generating the examination paper through linking an image of the examination paper and examination problems. A shuffle information generator(130) generates shuffle information of each problem of an original examination paper. A printing information file generator(140) generates a printing information file, which stores information matching contents of examples of each problem based on the shuffle information, in a background image and transmits the printing information file to a printing device. An example coordinate extractor(100) finds an example marketing of the shuffled problem and extracts coordinates of the example of the problem. An example contents storing unit(110) extracts and stores an image of the example based on the extracted coordinates.
