PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recycling database maintenance enabling generation and modification of a reusable teaching material content, and to provide a automation processing system utilizing XML (extensible markup language) data providing a process for exactly extracting a required question out of past questions by constantly keeping the content of an information tag updated.;SOLUTION: The examination question database generating system generates an examination question XML database by using examination question data for layout software generated when producing a teaching material as XML data recognizing a setup tag peculiar to the examination question. The examination question creating system realizes a function to temporality write the generated XML data into the layout software for carrying out addition, correction, and modification, and record again as contents modified XML data in the examination question XML database, and a function to extract the XML data under an optional condition and to extract an examination question in the form in line with a structure in a certain condition for generating layout software data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
