A pressure controlling device of a wind box for a sinter plant is provided to regularly maintain the pressure of the wind box inside and control a size of a through-hole formed on a blend raw material. A pressure controlling device of a wind box for a sinter plant comprises a servo motor(100) installed in one side between a surge hopper(2) and a top light hopper(1); a rotary arm(110) rotating with the servo motor; a link(120) installed on a upper of a buggy(6); a plurality of rotational plates whose one end is installed in the one side of link; a pore bar installed in the other end of the rotational plate; a support bar including a plurality of insertion holes; a manometer(150) measuring the pressure of the wind box inside; and a controller(160) operating the servo motor.
