Provided is a method for manufacturing a recombinant protein, which can be used for protein medicine and industrial production by using a RNA polymerase alpha subunit as a fusion partner. A method for manufacturing a recombinant protein comprises the following steps of: manufacturing an expression vector by connecting a heterologous protein gene to a RpoA(RNA polymerase alpha subunit) gene as a fusion partner; manufacturing a transformant by employing the expression vector to a host cell; and inducing expression of the recombinant protein by cultivating the transformant. The RpoA gene is written as SEQ ID NO:45.
