A system and a method for allowing multiple RFID reader devices to read RFID tags without collision are provided to operate multiple readers without collision between readers within the minimum reading time through the minimum switching. RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) readers which are spaced to avoid collision between the RFID readers are bound in one group(310). Therefore, at least one group is determined. The RFID reader within each group is classified into at least one sub group based on reading time(320). The RFID readers belonging to the sub groups and not having corrosion each other are simultaneously operated. The sub groups are at least two belonging to different groups(330).
