SMALL INTERFERING RNA SPECIFIC FOR NEUROTENSIN MRNA AND THERAPEUTIC AGENT FOR TUMOR COMPRISING THE SAME

摘要

A tumor drug including siRNA which is specific for Neurotensin mRNA is provided to increase susceptibility of a tumor cell about gamma radiation and cisplatin anti-cancer drug by suppressing expression of a gene of Neurotensin. A composition for treating cancer includes a carrier combined to mRNA of a gene of Neurotensin having a sequence number 3 pharmaceutically. siRNA includes an antisense sequence combining with a sense sequence and the sense sequence having 17-29 of basic length selected from base sequence of mRNA. Tumor is gastric cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer.
