In an electronic advertisement delivery system (10), an electronic advertisement delivery server (20) selects the first transmitting destination, provides it with an electronic advertisement and stores its history information. An electronic advertisement delivery terminal device (40) receives and outputs an electronic advertisement, accepts an input of a new transmitting destination and notifies the electronic advertisement delivery server (20) of it. If the electronic advertisement delivery server (20) meets authorization conditions that are "the number of times that an electronic advertisement has been sent does not reach that of times designated by an advertiser, and also the electronic advertisement has not been sent to a new transmitting destination yet", it delivers the second electronic advertisement to the new transmitting destination and stores its history information. The electronic advertisement delivery system (10) repeats deliveries of electronic advertisements until the number of times designated by the advertiser. Once the number of times designated by the advertiser reaches, it terminates the delivery of the electronic advertisement.
