A glass fiber reinforced flexible mold for manufacturing a barrier rib of a plasma display panel and a fabrication method thereof are provided to increase the strength of a plasma display panel by a glass fiber and glass fiber prepreg. A master mold(81) having a pattern(82) of a barrier shape is prepared, and a glass fiber and a liquid elastomer are arranged on the pattern of the mater mold. And then, the liquid elastomer is hardened and the master mold is deformed from the glass fiber and the elastomer. That process, the glass fiber is one of one way glass fiber, a lattice glass fiber, and fabric glass fiber. The elastomer is one of PDMS(polydimethylsiloxane), and the polyurethanes or polyimide.
