A construction method of a post-tensioned precast concrete structure is provided to lengthen the distance between pillars by connecting support members mounted on the pillars with a beam. A construction method of a post-tensioned precast concrete structure comprises a step of installing pillars(10) on the ground at regular intervals, a step of molding a support member(20) in which a wing(21) having a stepped connection part is extended to either side, a step of fixing the center of the support member to the pillar, a step of forming a tie beam(30) having a stepped connection part(31) corresponding to the stepped connection part of the wing on either end, a step of connecting the support member and the tie beam via the stepped connection part, and a step of forming a base slab(70) on the upper side of the connected tie beam and support member.
