An advertiser places an advertisement according to a form that an operator provides in real time and flexibly performs control through a database(20) connected to a homepage providing server(10) on the internet. The advertiser places an advertisement according to conditions of various readers. Members who are readers receive all advertisement costs as earnings in reward of advertisement watching. The members registers additional information including personal information which a site of an operator requests. A part of profits that the member receives is provided for donation.
