COTTON GLOVES FOR WORKING COATED WITH COMPLEX SYNTHESIS RESIN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A method for manufacturing the cotton gloves and the cotton gloves manufactured by the same method are provided, which enable the excellent abrasion resistance, fire retardant characteristic, and resistance to solvents even though plasticizer is not used. A method for manufacturing the cotton gloves comprises: a polyurethane resin preparation step which controls the elastomer shore a hardness of the polyurethane resin to about 70 and prepares 20~23 weight%; a solvent preparation step which mixes tetrahydrofuran and dimethylformamide at a rate of about 2:1 and azeotropic temperature 70±5deg.C and prepares 39~45 weight%; a resinous solution preparation step manufacturing the complex synthetic fiber solution by adding the pigment 1~3 weight%, and the filler 20~26 weight%; and a film formation step heating a film by the hot air of about 135±5deg.C for about 2~3 minutes and hardening the film.
