RECOMBINANT SCFV LYM-1 ANTIBODY COMPRISING LYSINE RESIDUES, GENE ENCODING THE SAME, HOST CELL EXPRESSING THE GENE, AND COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF TREATING OR DIAGONISING A CANCER COMPRISING THE ANTIBODY
A scFv Lym-1 recombinant antibody containing lysine residues is provided to introduce a radioactive ignition chelator by inserting four lysine residues into the scFv Lym-1. A scFv Lym-1 recombinant antibody comprises an amino acid sequence of scFv (single chain variable fragment) Lym-1 antibody, histidine tag(His Tag), and four lysine amino acids from N-terminal C-terminal in order. The recombinant antibody specifically binds to HLA-DR. The recombinant antibody comprises amino acid of the sequence number 1. A gene coding the recombinant antibody comprises polynucleotide of the sequence number 2. A host cell which expresses the gene is prokaryotic cell. A composition for treating and diagnosing cancer comprises the recombinant antibody and pharmaceutically allowable carrier. The cancer is malignant lymphoma.
