A COMPOSITION OF PLASTICIZER FOR ROOM TEMPERATURE VULCANIZING SILICON SEALANT

A silicon sealant plasticizer composition is provided to replace expensive silicon oil with hydrocarbon oil and to improve compatibility with polyorganosiloxane while appropriately maintaining the used amount of hydrocarbon oil with high boiling point. A room temperature-curable silicon sealant plasticizer composition comprises hydrocarbon oil 80~94 wt% which has a boiling point of 290~400 °C and viscosity at 40 °C of 5~10 cSt; polyoxyethylene lauryl ether 4~12 wt% which has 3-4 moles of oxyethylene groups; polyethylene glycol monobutyl ether 2~8 wt% which has 4-5 moles of oxyethylene groups. The content of aromatics of the hydrocarbon oil is not greater than 1 wt%.
