CONCRETE SLUMP FLOW TESTER AND CONCRETE CONSISTENCY TEST METHOD USING THE SAME

A concrete flow tester and a method for measuring concrete consistency are provided to calculate the flow value by analyzing digital information by a sensor and obtain the speed and accuracy of the concrete flow test. A concrete flow tester(100) comprises a water-tight plate(110), slump cone(120), contact point sensor(130), a plurality of line sensor module(140), central process unit(150), display unit(160), and power control unit(170). The slump cone is settled in the center of the water-tight plate. The contact point sensor sends the contact signal between the water-tight plate and slump cone. The plurality of line sensor modules sends concrete flow information. The central process unit stores arrival time of standard distance of the concrete.
