A fixing structure of a radiator upper mounting part and a front end module carrier is provided to sufficiently secure the stiffness of the front end module carrier and simplify the assembling work of the upper mounting part of a radiator into the front end module carrier. A fixing structure of a radiator upper mounting part and a front end module carrier includes an insulator(1), a bracket body(11), guide ribs(3), and a screw coupling boss. The bracket body is inserted by the insulator in the middle, and has the guide ribs protruded at both sides thereof and a coupling flange integrally formed with a coupling hole at a rear part, wherein a screw passes through the coupling hole. The front end module carrier has guide rib elements(15) for guiding the guide ribs of the bracket body when the bracket body is inserted forward into the front end module carrier. The coupling boss is formed in the front end module carrier to be coupled with the screw, which passes through the coupling hole of the coupling flange.
