A vector for expressing on cell surface of bovine immunoglobulin G(IgG) Fc domain is provided to make IgG Fc domain to express on the cell surface and produce a vaccine having excellent immunity against the bovine disease virus. An expression vector of bovine immunoglobulin G Fc domain on the cell surface comprise a gene coding a transmembrane domain of transferring receptor and a gene coding bovine immunoglobulin G Fc domain. The gene coding the transmembrane domain is denoted by the sequence 3(SEQ ID NO:3). The gene coding the Fc domain is a gene coding a gene which encodes CH2 and CH3. A method for producing a vaccine against bovine diseases virus comprises: a step of proliferating the expression vector in a transformed host cell by infecting the bovine disease related virus; and a step of making inactivation vaccine with proliferated virus.
