A vector for cell surface expression of pig IgG Fc domian, a host cell transformed with the vector and a manufacturing method of vaccine against viruses related to pig diseases using the host cell

A method for manufacturing vaccines for viruses related to a pig's disease is provided to facilitate a manufacturing process of vaccines with excellent immunogenicity against various viruses by employing a Fc domain of a pig immunoglobulin G on an external of the viruses. A method for manufacturing vaccines for viruses related to a pig's disease comprises the following steps of: infecting a transformed host cell with viruses related to pig's diseases; and manufacturing a live vaccine or inactivated vaccine using a proliferated virus. The transformed host cell is transformed to a vector for cell surface expression of Fc domain of pig immunoglobulin G including a gene for coding a transmembrane domain of a pig transferrin receptor and a gene for coding the Fc domain of pig immunoglobulin G.
