A vector for cell surface expression of Fc(Crystallized Fragment) domain of pig immunoglobulin G is provided to facilitate a manufacturing process of vaccines with excellent immunogenicity against various viruses, which cause pig's diseases. A vector for cell surface expression of Fc(Crystallized Fragment) domain of pig immunoglobulin G comprises a gene for coding a transmembrane domain of a pig transferrin receptor and a gene for coding a Fc domain of pig immunoglobulin G. The gene for coding a transmembrane domain indicates a sequence number 3 or the sequence number 16. The gene for coding the Fc domain is a gene for coding CH2 and CH3.
