A nano plasmonic integrated circuit and an optical integrated circuit module are provided to reduce a size using a metal nanodot arrangement instead of a metal line in a curved part or a branch point. An input combining unit(11) focuses an optical signal inputted from an optical waveguide and converts the signal to a surface plasmonic polariton signal. An input focusing unit focuses the outputted surface plasmonic polariton signal with a nano size. A surface plasmonic polariton waveguide(14) transmits the focused surface plasmonic polariton signal. A signal sensing and processing unit senses the surface plasmon polariton signal through the surface plasmonic polariton waveguide. An output defocusing unit(17a,17b) defocuses the surface plasmonic polariton signal. The output combining unit converts the defocused surface plasmonic polariton signal to the optical signal.
