METHOD OF FABRICATING ZNO QUANTUM DOT AND GLUCOSE SENSOR USING THE SAME

A method for manufacturing ZnO quantum dot and a sensor of blood sugar using the same are provided to synthesize the ZnO quantum dot with a bio material and improve the detection sensitivity. A method for manufacturing ZnO quantum dot comprises: a step of adding zinc precursor and mercapto undecanoic acid (MUA) in a first ethanol to form a first solution; a step of adding a second solution having a second ethanol and sodium hydroxide in the first solution to form a third solution; a step of washing and dispersing in buffer; and a step of adding n-hydroxysulfo-succinimide(Sulfo-NHS), 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide(EDC) and glucose oxidase to make ZnO quantum dot in which glucose oxidase is fixed.
