PURPOSE: A reference voltage generating circuit is provided to prevent data recording failure due to the rising of the threshold voltage by controlling the internal reference voltage according to the temperature.;CONSTITUTION: An internal voltage control circuit includes a decoder, a reference voltage generator, a voltage divider, and a switch. The decoding unit decodes the temperature code. The reference voltage generator generates the reference voltage. The voltage divider divides the reference voltage generated in the reference voltage generator and outputs the plurality of divided voltages.
