FOOD COMPOSITION CONTAINING EXTRACTS FROM CRANBERRY OR RUBUS COREANUS

PURPOSE: A health functional food composition containing cranberry extract or Rubus coreanus extract is provided to exhibit prostatitis prevention, antioxidant effect, blood cholesterol lowering effect, and fatigue recovery effect. CONSTITUTION: A health functional food composition comprises a first component and a second component. The first component includes a canberry extract or Rubus coreanus extract. The second component includes ginkgo leaf extract, lycopene, lutein, selenium, folic acid, zinc, and omega-3-fatty acid. More particularly, the health functional food composition is composed of the 15-40wt% canberry extract or Rubus coreanus extract, 5-20wt% ginkgo leaf extract, 10-40wt% lycopene, 10-40wt% lutein, 0.02-0.04wt% selenium, 0.05-0.07wt% folic acid, 2-3wt% zinc, and 2-4wt% omega-3-fatty acid. The health functional food can be a tablet, capsule, soft capsule, granule, or liquid.
