PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a conversation contents management method are provided to perform a connection of a specific function of a mobile terminal related to phone conversation contents by the recognition of phone conversation contents.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(180) converts voice-recognized call contents to the effective character information of a predetermined unit. In the changed phone call content and the call information related to the telephone call, the controller detects information related to the specific function or the database of the mobile terminal.
