PURPOSE: A group call providing apparatus and a method thereof in a mobile communication network for increasing additional sales are provided to improve QoS(Quality of Service) by performing a group call.;CONSTITUTION: A group call reservation server(200) receives group call reservation information from a mobile communication terminal(100). If the group call reservation information is received from the group call reservation server, a group call member server(400) stores group call reservation information.
