PURPOSE: A water tank and waste tank misinsertion preventing apparatus of a patient waste automatic processing device is provided, which guides for position of the water tank and waste tank not to be changed.;CONSTITUTION: A water tank and waste tank misinsertion preventing apparatus of a patient waste automatic processing device comprises a waste tank receiving portion(110) in which a waste tank(200) is mounted and received and which is equipped inside the main case(100); and a water tank receiving part(120) which is adjacent to the waste tank receiving portion and is formed to have different size to make the water tank(300) received and mounted.
