PURPOSE: A sun shade device having indirect illumination for a panorama sunroof is provided to emit light on an interior corner of a vehicle and function as a mood lamp by using a light guide plate as an indirect lighting source without a room lamp.;CONSTITUTION: A sun shade device having indirect illumination for a panorama sunroof comprises a rail(40), two or more light guide plates(30), a light emitting unit, and a drive part. The rail is installed on the roof of a vehicle. The light is transmitted to the light guide plate, so the light guide plate emits the light. The light guide plate is mounted on the rail to be overlapped and spread. The light emitting unit emits light on the light incident surface of the light guide plate.
