A method for measuring selectively and quantitatively anammox bacteria, and a kit for anammox bacteria are provided to analyze the group structure of anammox bacteria. A method for measuring selectively and quantitatively anammox bacteria comprises the steps of preparing the base sequence of a primer or fluorescent material-labeled probe capable of specifically and quantitatively anammox bacteria; carrying out the real time PCR reaction containing the primer or fluorescent material-labeled probe by using the DNA of anammox bacteria as a template; and measuring the fluorescence signal at the previous step to measure the initial sample quantitatively in the reactant.
