The present invention relates to a composition for detecting or quantifying acetic acid bacteria comprising a primer set consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2; a kit for detecting or quantifying acetic acid bacteria comprising the composition; and a method for detecting and quantifying acetic acid bacteria.
