摘要

In the present study, it was found that the microbesrnfrom mouth were transferred in case of reading as wellrnas breathing. In conclusion, it is pilot study to determine the amountrnof bacteria exhaled in healthy individuals using RealtimernPCR. The information about the total amount ofrnbacteria in oral samples (collected as sputum) canrncontribute in assessing the individual’s risk ofrncontracting dental infections.rnIn addition, our study was based on one type ofrnpopulation; it would be interesting to know how femalernand male populations differ in exhaling microbes. Evenrnanalyzing people speaking different languages will bernquite interesting as every language has its unique flow.
