A thin film solar cell is provided to relatively increase the area of a light absorption layer of the same size by forming a cell after an amorphous or non-crystalline substrate is textured to various shapes. A thin film solar cell includes an amorphous or non-crystalline substrate, a light absorption layer and an electrode layer. The amorphous or non-crystalline substrate has an uneven surface in which peaks and valleys of a curved surface are continuous. The light absorption layer is formed on the amorphous or non-crystalline substrate, having the same shape as the amorphous or non-crystalline substrate. The electrode layer is formed on one or both surfaces of the light absorption layer. Grid electrodes(114) of the electrode layer can be arranged widthwise or lengthwise, separated from each other by a predetermined interval.
