A method for building natural restoration type crawfish habitat and a structure for the same are provided, which enable a crawfish to inhabit the habitat environment-friendly. A method for building natural restoration type crawfish habitat comprises: a ground waterproofing step in which the ground of the section for the crawfish habitat is hardened and the ground is formed so that drainage is possible; a habitat ground formation step which forms a plurality of habitat gaps on the top of the waterproof crawfish habitat region; a tree section development step which plants the tree beneficial to the habitat of the crawfish on the circumference of the habitat ground; and a water tub building step which builds the water tub for supplying water to the upper stream of the crawfish habitat.
