System and Method for making Basic Document of Dimensional Accuracy Check Sheet for Block in Ship Production

A system and a method for preparing a standard document of dimension quality inspection for front block are provided to convert 3D coordinates corresponding to a design normalized value of the block into 2D coordinates and match the converted coordinates to a block image after displaying the matched image, thereby rapidly and easily preparing the standard document of dimension quality inspection for front block. A system comprises an editing screen, a toolbar for general document editing, a specially-dedicated toolbar and a table input window(200). The editing screen overlaps a background layer, in which the block image corresponding to a front block is inputted, with a virtual coordinate layer in which coordinate is designated. The toolbar for the general document editing is arranged at the upper part of the editing screen. The specially-dedicated toolbar is arranged in one side of the editing screen. And the specially-dedicated tool bar includes various design symbols of a design drawing, and includes dedicated symbols which are defined to be displayed on an inspection criteria document. The table input window merges information including a design normalized value with the document content that the block image is inputted. And the table input window manages the merged information.
