The present invention relates to a method for automatically setting alignment accuracy measuring points and a system for generating alignment accuracy measuring drawing documents. The system includes: a measuring point DB configured to preset and store measuring points that are for reference and measured by block type; a block image loading unit configured to read and load block images for alignment accuracy measurement; a measurement type selecting unit configured to select a measurement type; a measurement point matching unit configured to match measuring points that are the measures of the measuring point DB to the block images, and to display the measuring points; and a main control unit. The method comprises: an image loading step of loading block images for generating an alignment accuracy measuring drawing by a program installed in the system; a measuring type setting step; and a measuring point matching step of automatically setting measuring points by matching the measuring points to the loaded block images. Therefore, block images with measuring points displayed thereon may be inserted into an alignment accuracy measuring drawing document to automatically generate the document and the measuring point DB may be automatically updated and controlled, thereby setting alignment accuracy measuring points, which can vary according to workers, as consistent reference measuring points.
