Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line is provided to introduce a NIS gene to a liver cancer, to increase an effect of medical treatment by performing a radionuclide treatment and to pursue progress and recovery of the liver cancer and a progress after treatment using dual reporter genes pictures processing algorithm at the same time expressing the reporter gene used for an optics molecular image. Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line transforms HepG2 cell to a plasmid by using a retrovirus expression system. The plasmid includes a sodium iodine syntransporter gene and a green fluorescent gene. The hepatocellular carcinoma cell is a HepG2- NE(deposit number : KCTC11125BP).
