PURPOSE: A core for refractory construction of ladle is provided which easily checks centering of the core when the core is inserted into the ladle to construct the refractory and promptly performs drying and cooling of the refractory constructed. CONSTITUTION: In a core positioned inside ladle by overhead crane to form a space for constructing refractory, the core for constructing refractory of the ladle comprises a main body(10) comprising penetration holes(26) radially penetrated on the main body and circumferentially formed at a plurality of spots of the main body; a cover for opening and closing the penetration holes(26); and a distance measuring sensor(34) installed inside the main body(10) to measure a distance up to the inner surface of the ladle through the penetration holes(26), wherein the core for constructing refractory of the ladle further comprises a cooling water pipe(40) which provides a path for circulating cooling water to cool the main body(10), at one side of which cooling water supply port(42) for receiving cooling water from main supply pipe through fitting(41) is installed, and at another side of which cooling water discharge port(44) for discharging cooling water to cooling water circulation pipe through fitting(43) is installed, and wherein the core for constructing refractory of the ladle further comprises heaters(50) installed inside the main body(10) to heat the main body(10).
