A heat-sublimation transfer printing device and method for 3D curved surface are provided to prevent alignment error between the transfer sheet and the matter to be transferred by making them adhere close to each other. A heat-sublimation transfer printing device for 3D curved surface comprises a lower die(110) in which a matter to be transferred and a transfer sheet having 3D curved surface are arranged, a lower rubber molding(130) arranged within the lower die, an air suction unit which forces the transfer sheet to adhere close the matter to be transferred, an upper die(120) which is processed in order to correspond to the lower die, and a top rubber molding(160) which is processed to correspond to the outer shape of the matter to be transferred and applies the heat provided from the upper die onto the transfer sheet.
