A rubber composition for shoes outsole having natural leather texture is provided to show similar gloss to natural leather and ensure excellent hardness, light weight and high productivity. A rubber composition for shoes outsole having natural leather texture comprises the 15-25wt% of ethylene vinyl acetate, the 5-15wt% of low density polyethylene, the 3-5wt% of styrene butadiene resin having more than 60wt% of styrene, the 5-15wt% of natural rubber, the 5-15wt% of ethylene propylene diene rubber, the 1-5wt% of polyvinyl chloride, the 0.2~1.0wt% of rosin, the 15-25wt% of carbon black, the 5-15wt% of calcium carbonate, the 3-7wt% of stearic acid, the 2-5wt% of a cross-linking agent, the 1-5wt% of a foaming agent, the 1-5wt% of silica and the 1-5wt% of white carbon.
