Provided are selenium and zinc enriched aged black garlic and a preparation method thereof by performing foliar fertilization in a garlic cultivation step and steaming and aging the garlic. A method for preparing selenium and zinc enriched aged black garlic comprises the following steps of: foliar-spraying a solution containing 0.01-10g of selenium and 0.01-10g of zinc to garlic once to five times; washing and drying garlic and steaming the dried garlic at 80-95°C for 3-11 hours; primarily aging the steamed garlic under the condition of 60-75°C and 80-95% of humidity through 280-300 hours; secondarily aging the primarily aged garlic at 42-47°C for 40-50 hours; cooling the secondarily aged garlic at room temperature; and drying the cooled garlic at room temperature for 150-180 hours. The selenium represents sodium selenate. The zinc represents zinc sulfate.
