A system for reducing electro-magnetic field of power transmission line is provided to allow a position variable by installing the arm of an overhead earth wire and auxiliary arm on the power transmission line. In a system for reducing electro-magnetic field of power transmission line, when a transmission current flows through the transmission line(500), the induction current is generated. The loop(200) guides the induction current to horizontal and vertical direction based on the horizontal plane. Therefore, loop reduces the induction field by the induction current. The loop is set at the fixed position of the power transmission tower(400) by the arm(100), and an arm controls the positional parameter. The capacitance bank portion(300) controls the capacity of the capacitance used in the loop. The Loop comprises the horizontal manual loop(210) and perpendicularity manual loop(220). The horizontal manual loop is set in the horizontal direction based on the horizontal plane at the arm. The perpendicularity manual loop is set in the vertical direction based on the horizontal plane at the arm.
