Nutritional porridge using perilla oil, glutinous rice and pine nuts and a preparation method thereof are provided to secure excellent taste and flavor as well as nutrients by adding finely ground pine nuts, glutinous rice, perilla oil, garlic and bamboo salt. A method for preparing nutritional porridge comprises the following steps of: putting garlic, bamboo salt, finely ground pine nuts and soaked glutinous rice in boiling water at a time and heating the ingredients; putting perilla oil 5 minutes before the porridge is completed; removing the heat and leaving the porridge for 10 minutes to settle by its own heat; packing the completed porridge in a container; and wet-sterilizing the packed porridge at 121°C for 1 hours. The mixing ratio of glutinous rice, pine-nuts, garlic, bamboo salt, perilla oil is 21 : 3.5 : 1.9 : 0.6 : 0.3. The garlic represents pre-boiled garlic without the spicy taste. The packing material is one or more materials selected among PET, polyethylene, polypropylene and their mixture.
