System automatically generating the Karaoke music list with the music downloaded in the device or digital memory units

A system for automatically generating a karaoke list by using music stored in a terminal or a storing device is provided to read information of the music stored in the karaoke terminal or the storing device from a PC and automatically generate the karaoke list by using the read information. A terminal(30) performs a karaoke function by using Karaoke contents. A PC connecting unit(31) connects with a PC(40), and transmits and receives data. A karaoke contents storing unit(33) stores the karaoke contents of the terminal(30). A control unit(32) controls the entire karaoke function of the terminal(30), and transmits information of the karaoke contents stored in the karaoke contents storing unit(33) to the PC(40). The PC(40) reads the information of the karaoke contents stored in the terminal(30) capable of performing the karaoke function, and generates a karaoke list. A printer(50) outputs the karaoke list generated in the PC(40).
