The subsidiary footboard is horizontally arranged on the front support. The power generating part is installed on the rear support and lets the subsidiary footboard protrude and retract. The front support comprises a protruding stand(242) horizontally installed on one side. The subsidiary footboard includes a guide groove(42), a first connection bar(31) whose one end is hinged on the front support, a second connection bar(32) whose middle part is hinged with the first connection bar, and a third connection bar(33).
