A simplified relay system is provided, in which the movement route of the vehicles transporting the garbage is reduced and the transportation fare can be decreased. A simplified relay system comprises: a simplified relay center; a central collection site in which the garbage is transferred from the relay center; and a section valve(22) which is installed at a conduit line of the rear of the relay center. The section valve is opened and closed by control of the relay center. The relay center is smaller than the central collection site. The relay center and the central collection site are equipped with fans.
