PURPOSE: A guide rail construction device of a guide rail type rubber tired automatic guide-way transit is provided to improve the driving performance and ride comfort of an automatic guide-way transit and improve work efficiency according to the railroad of the automatic guide-way transit. CONSTITUTION: A guide rail construction device of a guide rail type rubber tired automatic guide-way transit comprises a main body(1), an arm part(3), a position control unit, and a setting unit. The main body is formed at the regular length to be arranged on the roadbed of an automatic guide-way transit in the horizontal direction. In the arm part, an insertion part(2) is formed. The insertion part is coupled on the both ends of the main body with a detaching unit. The insertion part is formed to insert the guide rail. The position control unit is installed at the arm part. The position control unit supports the arm part with the constant height on the roadbed. The position control unit is formed to be supported on the roadbed vertical wall.
