An apparatus for incubating fry is disclosed. The apparatus of the present invention includes an incubation container (10), a bottom plate (20), a fry container (40), and a water feed pipe (50). The incubation container is open at upper and lower ends thereof. Through holes, each of which has a size that prevents the fry from passing therethrough, are formed through the sidewalls of the incubation container. The bottom plate is provided in the lower end of the incubation container and has through holes which allow the fry to pass therethrough. The fry container is removably mounted to the lower end of the incubation container. Through holes, each of which prevents the fry from passing therethrough, are formed in the fry container. The water feed pipe is provided through the incubation container and has water feed holes which feed purified water into the incubation container and the fry container.
