METHOD REINSERTSII cuff tendon and muscle TROCHANTERIC THIGH IN hip replacement

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: hip replacement is followed with formation of a double lavsan filament along the anterior edge of trochlear region in wound closure. The filament extends the base of greater trochanter apex to an anchoring point of lateral head of quadriceps muscle of thigh. It is formed by tying the double lavsan filament after joint capsule closure and the kept double lavsan filament after anchoring of earlier separated lower portion of tendomuscular lateral head of quadriceps muscle of thigh to an insertion site below the base of greater trochanter, and reinsertion of the separated tendomuscular flap of gluteus medius muscle and lateral head of quadriceps muscle of thigh. The flap is sutured with four lavsan filaments to be thereafter fixed to the double lavsan filament formed along the anterior edge of trochlear region.;EFFECT: method eliminates insufficient function of internal rotator of thigh with transferring joint instability.;1 ex, 8 dwg
