FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention is related to conveyer transport, namely to belt conveyers with suspended belt, and may be used in all branches of industry. Conveyer includes frame, drive and tension rolls covered with continuous conveyer belt. Sides of belt are hingedly fixed with suspension brackets arranged in the form of rubber shoes with support planes made of low friction material that are distributed with preset interval along the whole length of belt and lean against channel-shaped guides. Guides are arranged on weight branch above conveyer belt sides, and on idle branch - in plane of belt sides location, and have transition sections for belt flattening in zones of adjacency to drive and tension rolls, and are arranged on conveyer weight branch in the form of channels with C-shaped cross section that are installed in pairs above belt sides and fixed with clearance between them with top shelves to brackets, which are installed on conveyer frame with preset interval along its length. On idle branch of belt channel-shaped guides are turned by 90° in relation to position of channel-shaped guides on weight branch and are fixed to conveyer frame stands. For connection of belt sides with rubber shoes of suspensions, flexible links are provided rubber-fabric conveyer belt. Planes of suspension rubber shoes opposite to their support planes are equipped with permanent magnets arranged in the form of plates that are rigidly fixed to shoes body, with the possibility of their interaction on conveyer weight branch with upper shelves of channel-shaped guides with one of their poles.;EFFECT: reduction of transportation energy intensity and increase of conveyer reliability.;5 dwg
