FIELD: food production technology.;SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by cutting and frying meat, potatoes and raw onions in melted fat. Herbs are cut and frozen. The listed components are mixed without access of oxygen with "Yuzhnui" sauce, Madeira, table salt, black pepper and laurel leaf with definite components proportion. The obtained mixture and melted butter are packed, sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: product of higher assimilability.
