FIELD: food production technology.;SUBSTANCE: chopping rabbit meat and frying it in melted butter. Onions are cut and browned in melted butter. Dill is cut and frozen. Rice is boiled until mass doubles. Mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, lemon juice, table salt, curry and bay leaf without oxygen access. Then the obtained blend and bone soup is packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.;EFFECT: expansion of arsenal of technical means and dishes for new preserved food production of increased digestibility up to 5,4·104.
